The Developer will work with colleagues to gather requirements, design, develop, document and implement solutions to meet the needs of our business. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively with business leaders and technology team members. This candidate must have a professional demeanor and provide the highest level of customer service.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development team and stakeholders to set specifications for applications
• Analyze, develop, evaluate, and implement new solutions in support technology requirements
• Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
• Design creative prototypes according to specifications
• Perform unit and integration testing before launch
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and/or add new features
• Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design
• Designing and maintaining databases to ensure their stability, reliability, and performance
• Interface with all levels of employees
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and with colleagues
• Develop user-centric test scenarios
• Create and maintain documentation associated with development activities

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• 4-year degree
• Experience working with C# and ReSharper
• Experience working in Visual Studio
• Experience working with JavaScript, PowerShell, HTML/CSS J-Query
  Kendo UI, SQL
• Experience building or supporting a custom web application
• Experience with Workday and Office 365 is a plus
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience working in a Professional Services firm or with financial data a plus
• Must be able to quickly process and analyze information and be able to use it to make decisions and solve problems
• Must be well organized with a strong attention to details
• Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Must be collaborative with the ability to build positive relationships
