The Credit Analyst Intern is responsible for assisting the Credit Analyst team with special projects. Special projects will include a rental analysis summary and building a database in regards to market rent. Other projects will be assigned based on completion of rental analysis.

*Employees are expected to adhere to all rules and regulations applicable to this position, including but not limited to all policies and procedures pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

* Assist Credit Department with special projects

o Student Rent Analysis

o Extract information from Commercial Appraisals and create database of market based comparable to help with future loan decision making.

o Commercial risk rating project.

o nCino covenant audits.

* Assist in annual review process.

* Assist Credit Analysts in commercial underwriting.

* Assist Credit Analysts in loan portfolio monitoring.

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:

* Education and Credentials

o High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

o Must be currently enrolled in a 4 year degree program working toward a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field of study

* Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

o Microsoft Excel skills required

o Analytical skills

o Ability to solve problems

o Ability to work on teams

o Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, in a professional manner when dealing with employees, members, vendors and company contacts

o Ability to follow the core values of honesty, integrity, mutual respect, pride and ownership
