Lobby & Control Desk Security
Access Control responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Duties as listed but not limited: -Foot Patrol Services- patrol the common area, parking lot and facility via foot * Package Management- accept, manage and controlling the receiving and issuing of packages * Access Control Monitoring-monitor access control equipment and software to ensure functionality * Daily Reports of Community Activity- maintain daily log of all activities * Visitor Management Software -train officers on using all software and technology * Monitor Cameras- monitor and review camera footage of property * Management Updates - provide daily updates to Property Management on issues and incidents * Facilitate Vendors Access - overseeing service vendors access and repairs * Building Oversight - complete routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance repairs CONCIERGE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS! MUST HAVE STRONG PEOPLE & CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
