Location: Offutt AFB, Bellevue, NE

About the Role:

As an Operational Cyber Analyst, you will provide subject matter expertise in areas such as systems analysis, technical assessments, risk management, solution integration, and requirements identification. You'll play a key role in developing and advocating for future technologies and strategies that impact critical NC3 operations. What You Bring to the Team:



  • High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required)
  • Eligible to obtain SCI, NC2-ESO, NATO, and SAR clearance
  • 5+ years of experience with NC2/NC3 operations, including knowledge of communications platforms and survivable/endurable NC2/NC3 capabilities
  • 3+ years of experience in managing large databases and analyzing data to create reports, graphs, and charts for decision-making
  • Experience in USSTRATCOM's assigned UCP missions or service-level assignments is preferred
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with USSTRATCOM is a plus



What You'll Do:



  • Provide Advisory and Assistance Support (A&AS) to the NC3 Enterprise Center, ensuring operational and technical risks are managed effectively
  • Oversee NC3 operations by maintaining visibility, assessing risk, and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and recommend future capabilities and strategies
  • Support CDRUSSTRATCOM's mission to plan and execute Strategic Deterrence and NC3 operations, contributing to the success of the National Defense Strategy
