Job Overview

The Senior Analyst, Strategy Project Management provides essential support in planning, executing, and tracking cross-functional projects. They manage project schedules, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Project Support:



  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet objectives.


Documentation & Communication:



  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting notes, status updates, and task trackers.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports to stakeholders.


Task Management:



  • Monitor task completion and flag potential risks or delays.
  • Support teams in addressing issues that may impact project timelines.


Collaboration & Coordination:



  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities
  • In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.


Skills You Will Need

Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with efficiency.

Proficiency in project management tools: Expertise in using tools like Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project to manage project workflows.

Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.

Attention to detail: Diligence in maintaining accurate project documentation and tracking progress.

Task management: Capability to monitor task completion and identify potential risks or delays.

Collaboration and coordination: Skill in facilitating cross-functional meetings and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.

Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify challenges and support teams in resolving issues that impact project timelines.

Time management: Expertise in managing project timelines to ensure all milestones are met within the agreed schedule.

Who You Are



  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
  • 0-2 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
