Office of Research Job Description
The University of Missouri's Division of Research, Innovation & Impact (RII), in partnership with the Office of Human Resources, seeks a dynamic and outgoing professional to provide primary human resources (HR) service to various departments and offices within RII. This position will work onsite in the primary contact's location, the Bond Life Sciences Center, and serve as backup for the other HR professionals within RII. You will be part of a team who delivers HR expertise and guidance to our supervisors, managers, and leaders. We enjoy our work, work hard, and take pride in delivering results to our leaders throughout the division. You may have skills and experience in recruitment and selection, onboarding and orientation, or employee relations and policy interpretation. A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in higher education, human resources and business administration. SHRM or HRCI certification. Anticipated Hiring Range
