Service Writer / Customer Support Representative

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday
4 Day Work Week - 10 Hour Shifts: 3:30pm - Midnight!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Retail focus - Customer Relationship
- Solicit sale of new or additional services
- Strong Data Entry Skills
- Utilizes computer system for updating customers on ongoing repairs in shop or field, processing service invoices to include warranty claims.
- Communicating with customer in person, over the phone and using computer
- Handle/resolve service-related concerns
- Schedule and coordinate technicians working out in the field or at the shop
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Diesel technician background strongly encouraged
- Previous Parts experience a HUGE plus
- ASE certifications strongly encouraged
- Ability to create professional relationships with customers
- Ability to stay self-motivated
- Ability to manage technicians working onsite and at the shop
- Driver's License is required
- CDL is a Plus
PHYSICAL and SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
- While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance. The associate must be able to read and write reports.
- Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.
