Columbia University in the City of New York: Columbia University Irving Medical Center: Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons: Neurology: Sergievsky Center Location 02 Open Date Mar 05, 2024 Salary Range or Pay Grade $65,000 - $75,000 annually Description Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and supervising activities of study personnel (including determining and maintaining appropriate staffing skill profiles and levels), designing and implementing study protocols and sampling tools; and supervising, coordinating and monitoring clinical and research data collection and organization of community outreach activities. Functional Knowledge: 20% - Knowledge of the research subject (Recruitment and assessment of Alzheimer's Disease participants of diverse ancestry for genomic analyses) Problem Solving: 5% - Independent solving of arising problems of moderate complexity using own judgement and experience Decision Making/Autonomy: 20% - Carries out research projects with limited PI supervision Technical Expertise: 10% - Operates and maintains equipment, computers, software programs and other research tools needed to conduct the project Communication: 25% - Explains information to others and will contribute to publications Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Degree: Bachelor's degree in specific research field and 4 years recommended.
