Work type: On Campus Location: Normal, Illinois Title: Associate Provost Job Summary The Associate Provost, reporting directly to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost, will serve as a trusted advisor and key collaborator, taking responsibility for critical academic and administrative functions to ensure the successful implementation of institutional priorities. This position will provide leadership in advancing institutional effectiveness through assessment, accreditation, data-informed decision-making, and strategic planning. The Associate Provost will operationalize a commitment to continuous improvement within Academic Affairs while championing efforts to foster inclusive systems of support and strengthen leadership capacity across the division. The Associate Provost also has supervisory responsibilities for the Assistant Vice President for Academic Planning and the operations and personnel of academic centers/units that report directly to the Office of the Provost. Salary Rate / Pay Rate $200,000 - $230,000 Additional Information University Benefit Highlights: Required Qualifications 1.
