Des Moines University Medicine and Health Sciences has an amazing human resources department. But we are missing one critical piece: You! We are excited to launch this search to fill this important role. We are looking for someone with a passion for benefits. Depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate, we may offer the title of Benefits Specialist (for a more experienced professional) or Benefits Coordinator (for the more entry-level professional). Either way, we are looking for someone who delights in helping others and will enjoy the day-to-day tasks associated with administering DMU's benefits programs. We have a small but mighty department of five and our new hire will fill that critical sixth slot. We are looking for someone who shares DMU's values and has a passion for helping others. Department: Human Resources Salary Range: For someone who meets the minimum requirements of the Benefits Coordinator position, we anticipate a salary in the range of $60,000 - $70,000. For a candidate meeting the requirements for the Benefits Specialist position, we anticipate a salary in the range of $68,000 - $78,000.
