You'll be a natural leader skilled at managing and mentoring video editors to achieve exceptional results aligned with the brand's creative vision. In addition to crafting high-quality video content, this role will involve managing and mentoring other video editors on the team, fostering their growth, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional work. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling with a proven track record of editing diverse video content like YouTube videos, event coverage (virtual and in-person), and internal company videos. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing creativity with technical precision while maintaining high standards. This role requires a proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented individual capable of strategic oversight and hands-on editing work. This role reports into the Senior Manager of Video Production. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
