Job Summary Join our team at Colby College as the Director of Dining Operations, where you'll lead our cafe operations to new heights. You'll ensure top-notch sanitation, exceptional food quality, and adherence to Bon Appetit and client standards. This role involves managing Cafe Managers, conducting inspections, and making crucial operational decisions.This position is based in Waterville, ME, and relocation support is available Key Responsibilities: Lead cafe operations, staff training, and development Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and Bon Appetit standards Collaborate with the Executive Chef on innovative and high-quality food programs Oversee budgets, payroll, and operational metrics Foster client relationships and ensure guest satisfaction Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management (preferred) 3+ years of supervisory experience in food and beverage Strong leadership, communication, and digital literacy skills Apply to Bon Appetit today!
