Mortgage Administration Intern

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Mortgage Administration Intern at TruStone, you'll have the opportunity to gain insight into the financial services industry and learn about mortgage products from an administrative standpoint by helping maintain manuals, organize requests, and follow-up with team members to complete various tasks. You'll be able to assist with the creation of PowerPoint presentations, training guides, video content and testing through your exposure to our Product Management Council (PMC), providing assistance on strategic projects on behalf of the TruStone Home Mortgage department. And, as part of the internship, you'll get to complete at least one key project to enhance your learning experience and highlight on your resume.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Availability to work 40 hours/week throughout the duration of the internship (10 weeks, from June 2 - August 8, 2025). The schedule will be Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm and this position may be based out of our Burnsville Administrative Office.

In addition, we're looking for:

• Third- or fourth-year college students in active pursuit of a degree in Business, with Accounting or Finance preferred, and a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or above.
• Availability to work full-time throughout the duration of the internship (10 weeks, from June 2 - August 8, 2025).
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as experience with Zoom/Skype/Microsoft Teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Innovative thinkers that are open to creative solutions.
• Adaptability in a fast, ever-changing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and diverse environment.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks or work in unfamiliar areas.
• Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
• Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

PAY RANGE:
$18 - $25/hour
