About the Team The Corporate Security team is responsible for the security and protection of all OpenAI employees and executives. We are committed to creating and maintaining a secure environment that allows our team members to focus on their work without fear of harm or disruption. About the Role As an International Crisis Manager, you will be a key member of the Corporate Security Resilience Group, responsible for planning, managing, and executing crisis management strategies. This role will directly oversee the preparation and coordination for crisis situations that impact OpenAI's international workforce. You will be a proactive leader in crisis management planning, training, and response, ensuring that OpenAI employees are well-supported and protected at all times. This role will require up to 50% travel for support of global CorpSec responsibilities. This role is based in Washington DC or New York, New York.
