Description The Coater Production Technician is responsible for performing work duties of two identified skills/jobs as the skill is learned and certified: Utility Technician and the Winder Operator. Additionally, the Coater Production Technician will train, and develop competency in for the Coater Head Operator role. Proficiency of each skill is acquired through a combination of academic training and testing, and on the job training/demonstration of skill. This position works 12 hour rotating shifts - working nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Working 11 days out of a 21 day cycle. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The starting pay rate for this position is $26.75 per hour plus $0.75 hourly night shift differential pay.The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses.
