Job Title: Security Officer - Earth City Location
Location: Earth City, MO
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour - Weekly Pay

Job Type: Full-Time

Shifts: Tuesday - Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team in Earth City. This role involves monitoring an outdoor environment, so being comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol the outdoor premises to ensure safety and security.
• Respond to security incidents or emergencies quickly and efficiently.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter security threats.
• Provide assistance to employees and visitors as necessary.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid Driver's License (required).
• Previous security experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to stay alert and focused for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
