Position Summary This position will support the upcoming move and growth of the Infusion Clinic into City of Hope's brand new Hope Plaza building. The new Duarte Outpatient Center (Hope Plaza) is scheduled to open in 2025. At eight stories and over 350,000 square feet, the facility will become the largest ambulatory care building on campus. The center will house state-of-the-art equipment, specialty clinics, new radiation oncology vaults, defined units to facilitate patient navigation, laboratory services and dedicated clinical trial infusion and monitoring. The Nurse Manager is responsible for all aspects pertaining to operational activities and program management within a designated grouping of clinics or units on a 7-day/week, 24-hour basis in collaboration with the Director, Nursing. The nurse manager is responsible for daily operations to meet financial, quality, and strategic initiatives and metrics. Using constructive problem solving, the nurse manager works collaboratively with peers, supervisor, physicians, advanced practice providers, subordinates, and all team members across the enterprise to achieve excellent patient outcomes and a workplace of choice.
