The Senior Client Services Supervisor is responsible for providing first level customer service support. This includes supervising, training, and coaching a staff on billing, first reporting of claim, software application technical issues, basic usage of retail software products, and other customer service processes related to National Indemnity Company and Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies property and casualty operations. This position will be with National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE, and eligible for hybrid after six months on site. This position is NOT ELIGIBLE for employment visa sponsorship of any kind.
