GENERAL FUNCTION

This position is responsible for supporting scheduling, forecasting, and management of labor staffing for Target Optical. The role will oversee the development, delivery and evaluation of WFM methodologies necessary to maintain approved performance standards including scheduling, productivity and cost management.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Weekly and monthly reporting for ~600 stores to ensure they are managing labor within their budgeted spend.
  • Support efforts to create continued efficiencies in labor model (task reduction, process streamlining, etc.).
  • Run schedules for ~600 stores and increase schedule effectiveness by reviewing labor standards and drivers on a regular basis. Follow up with regions & stores to ensure they are posting schedules within designed timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Produce/update training modules to educate end users on application procedures and best practices.
  • Responsible for testing, analyzing, and maintaining the workforce management application (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, Forecasting and Analytics)
  • Assist in integration of labor analytics into store systems and reporting (Global Dashboard) to ensure we are building tools for stores to actively manage many elements of workforce management - hours wage rate, sales & guests per labor hour.
  • Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting workforce management jobs for any issues.
  • Understand commonly used payroll and HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Partner with the Field to drive adoption to Workforce Planning tools and develop skillsets.
  • Liaison with IT and other Center of Excellence groups to drive company-wide initiatives and represent RLB.
  • Breakdown of job responsibilities: 30% Scheduling, 30% Support/Troubleshooting, 20% Reporting, 20% Project Management/Training


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business Administration, Business Systems, or related discipline
  • 3+ years experience in workforce analytics
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • High level of customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with Kronos or other workforce management solutions including payroll, time and attendance

Pay Range: 102,720.00-163,440.00

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
