GENERAL FUNCTION

The Pearle Vision Strategy team works with the Executive Team and other key stakeholders across EssilorLuxottica to build growth strategies for the business. The Manager of Business Analysis will create & develop in-depth analysis to support the development and optimization of Brand Strategy, with heavy emphasis on Eyecare, Insurance, & providing guidance on what it means to deliver superb Patient Experience for Pearle Vision

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Identifies sales & OI opportunities through in-depth analysis to determine root cause in order to drive results in reaching financial plan.
  • Develop AdHoc financial models and perform variance analysis to track performance and identify trends or discrepancies.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior management, helping guide strategic decisions, such as brand, eye care, & insurance strategies, as well as new product launches.
  • Identifies trends/relationships that can lead to better forecasting of the business and/or improved business performance.
  • Takes ownership of MMM, QMM, CEO level analysis to explain financial plan gap & seeks strategic opportunities to close financial gap, if any.
  • Uses analytical skills and judgment to solve problems with limited information at hand.
  • Communicates complicated matters in a simple, structured way to senior management.
  • Be highly collaborative, gets work done through cooperation cross-functionally with no direct reporting relationship to position.
  • Effectively navigates the organization, leveraging authority and creditability.
  • Maintains frequent oral and written communication with management, staff, field management and stores.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Business acumen; proficient at analyzing large quantities of data
  • Solution oriented mindset with ability to think critically, challenge the status quo, understand root causes and develop strategic frameworks
  • Bachelors/Masters Degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field
  • 5 -7 years of experience in business analysis/financial modeling
  • Familiarity in BI tool such as Tableau, Business Objects, or Power BI
  • Comfortable in fast paced, high stress environments
  • Self-starter/collaborator/team player & comfortable in an ambiguous, project oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fast learner who is proactive and curious by nature
  • Effectively navigates the organization, leveraging credibility to influence
  • Strong work ethic


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Experience with financial modeling/forecasting and statistical analysis techniques
  • Retail experience is a plus

Pay Range: 124,389.60-178,214.00

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
