About the Position

This is not a basic call center job—our Dispatchers play a critical role in the productivity of our technicians and the level of service we provide to customers. You will be responsible for efficiently managing service schedules, ensuring smooth coordination between customers and field technicians, and optimizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and dispatching service calls to maximize technician productivity
• Assisting with office tasks and entering data from service orders
• Managing back-office operations and customer follow-ups
• Typing quickly and accurately while speaking with customers to ensure seamless communication
• Proactively problem-solving to improve scheduling efficiency

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and logistical coordination.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Fast and accurate typing skills – Ability to enter information while speaking with customers
• Prior dispatching experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and internet navigation
• Mechanical aptitude (a plus, but not required)
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to company success

Compensation & Benefits:

We believe in rewarding hard work! This position offers:

• Top-tier pay – Earnings are in the top 10% for this role, with a salary range of $50,000–$60,000, including bonuses and some overtime opportunities.
