Pediatric Medical Specialties Practice It takes more than great medicine to heal. It takes a dedicated focus on effective collaboration with our providers on our Team at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital. Our practice supports pediatric specialties dermatology, rheumatology, and infectious disease. By partnering together, we can provide the highest quality of care to children. This leadership role will partner with Physician Chiefs, APP Leaders, and other Practice Managers in support of HDVCH's Division of Pediatric Medical Specialties. This is a smaller scoped role, which at a future steady-state, might allow opportunity for adding an additional clinical program or project work in support of the HDVCH Ambulatory Care Practices. Direct report experience is required for this role. The onsite expectation initially is full-time. Scope of work Responsible for the structure and daily operation of assigned physician practice site(s), managing and collaborating with the staff, providers and other departments and professionals. Manages the efficient and productive operations of the site with a focus on quality and customer service. Qualifications
