The Opportunity

Join Adobe's dedicated engineering team in Seattle as a Senior Software Development Engineer. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on large B2B Data Processing, Analytics, and AI projects for the Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B Edition and Marketo Engage enterprise products. Be part of a world-class team crafting flawless and trustworthy digital data-analytics experiences for our clients. You will get to determine and successfully implement sophisticated solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible.

What you'll Do
  • Craft and develop high-quality software solutions for Adobe's B2B analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Mentor and lead junior engineers by providing technical mentorship and support.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to compete at the highest level.
What you need to succeed
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or 5 years of experience that is equivalent to a degree.
  • Proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Expertise in working with analytics products and large-scale data processing systems.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a desire to continually learn and grow.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $133,900 -- $242,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
