JOB SUMMARY: The Lead, State Set-Aside Contracts, will assist the Manager by assigning employees their daily duties, overseeing their work, and assisting in the upkeep of assigned areas. Lead and train others to use various work equipment and supplies and perform specific assigned duties while ensuring contract standards are met. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
