Position Summary:

The Executive Administrative Assistant to the President role provides coordination and support of the daily administrative office operations and projects for the office of the President. Provides advanced administrative support and project support to the Chairs of the Board of Trustees and other related board committees.

KSA:

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Three years of experience in an administrative support role preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Medical terminology.
