Responsibilities include efficiently managing supplies and logistics operations, ensuring accurate date reporting and effective supply management. Conference Room Scheduling:
Equipment and Inventory Tracking:
Invoicing and Shipment Tracking:
Cross Utilization/Additional Duties: Facility Manager and Site Lead Support: Assist the facility manager and site lead with various tasks as needed, providing additional support to ensure seamless operations. Vehicle Maintenance: Manage and support facility support vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition. Escort Duties: Provide escort services for uncleared personnel when required, ensuring security protocols are followed. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
