Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled weekdays with occasional on-call rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager- Retail to: Manage and lead the provision of safe, timely, efficient, equitable, effective, and patient-centered community pharmacy patient care services and operations. Lead teams at multiple pharmacy retail sites in Madison and Middleton locations. Manage and lead pharmacists, pharmacy residents, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy students, pharmacy interns and other support staff. Coordination of community pharmacy immunization program. Master's degree in pharmacy administration, healthcare administration, business or other relevant subject area. Work Experience Completion of an ASHP PGY2 pharmacy residency in health-system pharmacy administration or five (5) years of relevant work experience. Required Three years of health-system pharmacy leadership or management experience. Preferred Licenses & Certifications Licensed as a pharmacist in Wisconsin or must obtain within 90 days of hire date. Required Certification through the appropriate certifying program (Board of Pharmacy Specialties, National Board of Nutrition Support Certification, National Certification Board for Anticoagulation Providers, Specialty Pharmacy Certification Board, etc.).
