The Program Manager (PM) shall ensure the quality of products and services, schedules, cost control, business relations, and management of personnel, including but not limited to the following:

Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Planning, directing, coordinating, and managing administrative activities of the contract.
  • Supervising managers and personnel in the execution of assigned duties/tasking.
  • Reviewing and maintaining the quality of technical work done on the program.
  • Assuring and monitoring the timeliness and quality of all work products.
  • Task and work planning.
  • Monitoring and reporting task order performance and financial status.
  • Controlling budget, schedule, and task execution.
  • Managing Sub-contractors.
  • Management experience with DoD/IC contracts


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):



  • This position requires: Strong task management, excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, providing a high level of customer services with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.


Minimum/General Experience:



  • Eight (8) years of management experience with a DoD/IC contracts ensuring quality of products and services, schedules, cost control, business relations, and
  • Experience with management of personnel


Minimum Education:



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline and eight (8) years of experience in managing a DOD/IC contract/task order, OR,
  • Twelve (12) years of professional technical activities related to the management of a DOD/IC contract/task order.
