Assistant Professor, Tenure Track - Dietetics and Nutrition Job Information The Robert Stempel College of Public Health & Social Work invites applicants for 1 tenure track faculty position in Dietetics and Nutrition to be hired at the Assistant Professor level. We invite investigators with current funding and/or funding potential and a track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals within the dietetics and nutrition field. The Department of Dietetics and Nutrition is one of six departments within the Robert Stempel College of Public Health & Social Work. The mission of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition is to prepare practitioners and applied researchers in dietetics, food, and nutrition to build a healthier society. The Department offers a bachelors (2-tracks; the Didactic Program in Dietetics is intended for students interested in becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist; the nutrition science track is designed for students interested in other health professions), masters and doctoral degree in dietetics and nutrition along with a graduate certificate in pediatric nutrition. The Department also houses a graduate Dietetic Internship Program. The Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) accredits two programs within the department.
