We are seeking a Program Analyst to support PMA-231 Advanced Hawkeye Command and Control platform office. The successful candidate will team with other professionals in providing program execution support.

Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Duties: This employee will be responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining a wide variety of documents and correspondence to include, but not limited to:



  • Composes/Reviews Correspondence
  • Travel Orders and Vouchers
  • Minutes
  • Program Status
  • Event Coordination
  • Tracks Program or Project Schedules
  • Performs administrative support functions required for day-to-day execution of the program in support of the program's Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and routinely interface with Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads.
  • Participates in the development and dissemination of meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and program status updates and distribute to team members as required.
  • Documents and clearly identifies action items and ensure action items are assigned appropriately and resolved.
  • Creates and distributes program related briefs.
  • Participates in Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), Statement of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and risk management related tasking.


Education Required: Bachelor's degree with allowable substitutions. Associate's Degree and two years of additional work experience or four years of additional work experience with no conferred degree.

Experience Required: Zero to three years of experience.

  • Proficient use of navy-wide computer software programs including but not limited to Defense Travel Systems (DTS).


Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $38,958.4 to $66,081.60 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
