The Instructional Designer collaborates with Workiva's People & Culture team to create and sustain innovative and high-quality learning experiences that empower employees with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. In this role, you will own the entire content development lifecycle- from intake to archiving- and design engaging training materials across multiple formats, such as instructor-led courses, virtual sessions, web-based modules and other learning solutions. The Instructional Designer will partner with stakeholders to test, refine, and evaluate the effectiveness of the learning content. What You'll Do

How You'll Be Rewarded Salary range in the US: $74,000.00 - $118,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annually Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
