Join our team as a Sr Clinical Support Specialist and play a vital role in supporting home infusion services. In this front-line leadership role, you'll coordinate nursing schedules, assist with onboarding new team members, and serve as a system expert for scheduling workflows.

What You'll Do:




  • Act as a lead for clinical support functions, ensuring seamless scheduling across home, ambulatory, and MVAT services.
  • Support nursing coordination while maintaining compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Train and onboard new IV Support Specialists, ensuring competency in scheduling systems.
  • Serve as a key resource for new system implementations that impact scheduling



Minimum Qualifications:




  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Post-high school education or training.
  • Preferred: 2 years of scheduling experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Required: Strong understanding of medical terminology.


Salary Range: Minimum 17.29 per hour - Maximum 28.50 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
