We're looking for aDigital Production Artist toassist the design teams in producing digital graphics as well asprint collateral including packaging art as needed. This role reports to Sr Manager, Creative Marketing Services.

Day-to-Day Work Examples

We support growth, opportunity, and variety, which means your day-to-day has the potential to adapt with you and your passions. If you're not challenged and growing, neither are we. For starters, though, here are some day-to-day examples of what you will be doing:




  • Beresponsible forcreating and manipulating graphics through Adobe Creative Suite apps such as Illustrator, Photoshop. Graphics includeproduct images, enhanced content including advertising, banners, and lifestyle images along with other marketing materials.
  • Work behind the scenes formatting, collecting, and processing various graphic files to help ensure the work is error-free and ready for digital and or print display
  • Work with senior creative staff on production schedule of assets
  • Produce, Prepare, and collect accurate digital files
  • Digital photo retouching and sizing
  • Performs other related duties as required


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years' experience (Producing digital assets for online platforms, resizing images, rendering correct output needed)
  • Strong organization skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of format requirements for digital files
  • Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
