Your Role in Driving Success As a Senior GL Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our financial operations are accurate, efficient, and future-ready. From collaborating with cross-functional teams to spearheading complex accounting processes, you'll be at the heart of what makes The Pasha Group a trusted leader. What You'll Do Precision in Action: Accurately record and analyze transactions across varied divisions. Own the Close Process: Manage month-end close activities, ensuring everything balances and aligns. Make an Impact: Audit, analyze, and prepare insightful variance reports to drive informed decisions. Streamline and Innovate: Identify process improvements and implement solutions that keep us ahead of the curve. Mentor and Lead: Share your expertise by training and supporting team members, ensuring the continuity of excellence. Your Expertise Brings Us Forward Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred). Experience: 5+ years in accounting, ideally in high-volume environments or industries like transportation, maritime, or supply chain. Skills That Shine: Deep knowledge of GAAP and a knack for interpreting complex financial data. Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems (MAS500 is a bonus). Strong communication and organizational talents to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
