PAC WorldwideSeeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Mid South Territory (Must live in the Territory - TX, OK, LA, AR, MS)

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for packaging?
PAC Worldwide is searching for a talented and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team covering the Mid South region. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory, managing existing customer relationships, and building new partnerships.

What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase sales of PAC's core products and explore new opportunities through distributor alliances.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at both end-user companies and distribution partners.
  • Collaborate with customer service representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Showcase PAC's products effectively, highlighting their key features and benefits.
  • Maintain excellent communication with internal departments and external customers.
  • Track quotes and provide insightful reports on territory performance using our CRM tool.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to expand your product knowledge and generate leads.
  • Travel up to 40% within the territory.


You're a perfect fit if you:
  • Possess 5+ years of experience in outside sales, ideally with packaging industry knowledge.
  • Have a proven track record of success in sales, consistently exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Hold a college degree (preferred).
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Reside in the territory (Dallas/Ft Worth, Houston, & Austin, TX preferred)
