*Description:*
*Works under minimal supervision in a production support environment to process invoices, deliver metrics reports, and administrate users in Jira. *Uses standard processes, under minimal supervision, to perform assigned work with minimal/no errors. *Responsible for ensuring quality / performance standards are met. *Adheres to service delivery management processes. *Adheres to accounting (invoice) processes. *Service Delivery Management (SDM) Tasks oMonitor the SDM inbox and respond to emails as needed oReview the Weekly Customer Satisfaction survey from EIMA and send results to stakeholders oReview vendor on hold comments and validate that tickets were put on hold for valid reasons oPost monthly reports to the vendor dashboard page on the SharePoint site and updated the dashboard with KPI and CSL data oRun monthly incident reports for vendors and validate SLA violations oReview the exception requests that vendors provide for SLA violations for validity and respond oUpdate vendor RAID logs during monthly governance meetings oUpdate the vendor Volume Discount Tracker with monthly invoiced amounts, updated monthly forecasts, and expected volume discount oUpdate the Vendor Rate Card with new rates oSchedule governance and performance meetings vendors oUpdate the vendor Contract Change Request Tracker with new PCRs oRun reports for ad-hoc requests as needed oMonitor permissions requests for the vendor SharePoint sites oAdd new contingent workers, update termination dates, etc. in HCM Oracle *Invoice Processing Tasks oMonitor the IT Invoicing inbox and respond to emails as needed oWorks within databases and spreadsheets to process and validate invoices (Westfield process will be taught) oCreates POs in Zycus *Jira Admin Tasks oAdded/delete Jira users as needed. Adding users is normally through email request. oProvide correct level of access to Jira users: User, Lead & Team Admin. oReview Jira users who have not logged into Jira oSend email to users advising they will be removed if they don't log in. oRemove users who have not logged into Jira for a specific period. oReview Jira emails, assign priority of need. *Core Competencies:* *Basic Financial Acumen for processing invoices. *Experience working office / productivity tools: Outlook email, Word, Excel, Teams, etc. *Proven problem-solving abilities. *Strong time management skills including the ability to plan work and set priorities. *Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. *Work Requirements* *A minimum of 2 years' experience performing administrative support work. *Basic Financial Acumen for processing invoices. *Experience working office / productivity tools: Outlook email, Word, Excel, Teams, etc. *Proven problem-solving abilities. *Actively learns through experimentation when handling new situations/problems and utilizes lessons from past success and failures. *Experience collaborating within and across teams to successfully deliver. *Experience working independently with some oversight. *Strong time management skills including the ability to plan work and set priorities. *Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
