Workforce Scheduling EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years' health insurance, healthcare, compliance, legal or equivalent experience will be considered. EXPERIENCE Minimum three (3) years' related experience in any combination of the following areas: compliance, regulatory, legal and/or claims processing, and legal research and writing, Previous experience in a healthcare environment preferred. Analyzes, documents, compiles and distributes resources to impacted departments and/or customers. Certifications Security RequirementsThis position is identified as level three (3). This position must ensure the security and confidentiality of records and information to prevent substantial harm, embarrassment, inconvenience, or unfairness to any individual on whom information is maintained. The integrity of information must be maintained as outlined in the company Administrative Manual.
