About the Department

Our Nutrition Services team is dedicated to providing exceptional food and service to our patients, visitors, and staff. We achieve this by adhering to consistent procedures and maintaining the highest food safety standards.

Mission for Position

Are you passionate about food service and customer care? As a Nutrition Services Aide at our Main Campus, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and support in our food services department. Your role will involve interacting with patients, preparing meal trays, and ensuring that our nutrition services meet the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.

Position Summary

This role involves meal tray assembly, maintaining cleanliness and organization in food service areas, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The Nutrition Services Aide plays a key role in enhancing the dining experience for patients by providing attentive and efficient service.

Position Type

• This is a part-time position working 16-24 hours every two weeks.
• The hours can vary from 7:00am-3:30pm or 3:45pm-7:30pm.
• Every other weekend and some holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to work within a team environment to efficiently deliver meal services.
• Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and organizational skills in all tasks.
• Adapt to a face-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service.
