This position is for Reckitt's 3-Rotation Program spanning about 4 years. Year 1 - Assistant Brand Manager or similar position within Marketing. Year 2 - Second Assistant Brand Manager role, First Associate Brand Manager role, or similar position within Marketing. Year 3 - Associate Brand Manager or similar position within Marketing. Exiting the Program: Brand Manager, Associate Brand Manager, or similar position within Marketing. Your responsibilities
- Work hand in hand with various teams to craft and deploy marketing strategies and campaigns. - Engage in market research to uncover insights that shape brand growth. - Play a key role in crafting marketing materials and collating vital presentations and reports. - Be an integral part of organising and rolling out marketing events and activities. - Offer creative ideas that elevate brand positioning and consumer engagement. - Analyse marketing metrics to fine-tune campaign effectiveness and understand consumer trends. The experience we are looking for
- A passion for marketing and an eagerness to learn and progress within the industry. - Strong communication abilities and adeptness in building relationships. - Any prior marketing-related internship or experience is a welcome bonus. The skills for success
