Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 15 to 19 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PEGA technologies and a strong background in Merchant Acquisition and Onboarding as well as Cards and Payments. This hybrid role requires expertise in PEGA Upgrade PEGA Frameworks Pega Reporting Pega Platform Pega Application Development Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience Pega Mobility Pega Case Management and PEGA Decision Hub.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of PEGA solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the upgrade and maintenance of PEGA platforms to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical guidance on PEGA frameworks and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain PEGA applications to support business processes.
  • Integrate PEGA solutions with existing systems and data sources.
  • Enhance user experience through effective PEGA user interface design.
  • Implement PEGA mobility solutions to support mobile access and functionality.
  • Manage PEGA case management processes to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Utilize PEGA Decision Hub to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in Merchant Acquisition and Onboarding.
  • Support Cards and Payments domain with specialized PEGA solutions.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of PEGA applications and systems.

Qualifications

  • Possess deep expertise in PEGA Upgrade PEGA Frameworks and Pega Reporting.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.
  • Have strong experience in Pega Data and Integration and Pega User Experience.
  • Show capability in Pega Mobility and Pega Case Management.
  • Be skilled in using PEGA Decision Hub for advanced decision-making.
  • Have a solid understanding of Merchant Acquisition and Onboarding processes.
  • Be knowledgeable in the Cards and Payments domain.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Certifications Required

Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA)

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until Feb 2, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $215,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
