This role is based in Bristow, VA Your Role in Our Team: As the Chef de Cuisine, you'll lead the culinary operations for the Google Food program, focusing on creating high-quality, nutritious meals and providing an outstanding cafe experience. Your responsibilities will include: Leading with Excellence: Design, manage, and deliver an exceptional culinary experience that goes beyond just food offerings. Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with culinary, nutrition, marketing, procurement, and other key stakeholders to maintain high standards and enhance the partner experience. Budget & Sustainability: Help manage budgets, ensure sustainability commitments are met, and maintain efficiency without compromising quality. What We're Looking For in You: Qualifications: Degree from a culinary arts program or comparable experience in a similar role, with 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, quality food service establishment. Culinary Passion: Strong passion for great food, hospitality, and providing memorable dining experiences. Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and inspire a team, providing clear communication and constructive feedback. Operational Expertise: Experience in managing kitchen operations, including inventory, financials, safety standards, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams across multiple functions. Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with Google Suite and maintaining a positive, proactive attitude under pressure.
