*Job Description*
* Verify main components of Sales Order match customer's Purchase Order. i.e. Delivery dates, delivery instructions, invoicing requirements, prepay vs Net terms, etc. * Create production orders as required * Communicate any part deficiencies to Purchasing. * Scheduling and prioritizing orders per customer requirements. * Watch deadlines and lead times on all open orders. Communicate with appropriate departments to rectify any issues/notify customers of any changes. * Run receiving report daily to allocate backordered parts * Create Pick Tickets for shipping of sales orders. * Process and send Quality Control sheets & photos to customers as needed. * Save custom logos in the appropriate drive, obtain approval of logo from customer through account manager, include color copy with production order. * Maintain customer satisfaction by answering order, shipping, and service questions; suggesting information about services, connecting them with their Account Manager, providing paperwork requested by customer (invoices, cc receipts, etc.) * Process customer RMAs created by Sales department or Warranty Manager, including populating RMA Log *Skills* Data entry, Customer service, microsoft office *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Must Haves: - 1-3 years of office exp. - Data Entry skills - Computer skills Nice Haves: - Sales skills - Order Entry software *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.85 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
