Description Provides necessary escort to third-party contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and service providers on site. Works on tasks (e.g., making rounds, initial assessments on equipment performance) as assigned with supervision. Perform basic monitoring of the performance of maintenance and operations of equipment (e.g., electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety) within the data center with supervision. Visual or non-intrusive preventative maintenance. Single CRAH preventative maintenance. AHU filter replacement. Eyewash and duress button preventative maintenance. Humidifier preventative maintenance. VESDA alert or supervisory (low air flow). Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work and comply with all physical security procedures and policies. Required: All candidates must hold an OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification. Required: Experience with electrical systems in a high availability assembly / manufacturing / critical infrastructure environments such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields. Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Required: 5+ year(s) work/applied learning experience in technical fields (e.g. automotive, electrical, controls, data center). SHIFT - This will probably start out M-F 8-5 for orientation then transition to B side night shift, Thursday - Saturday & every other Wednesday 7p-7a. Required: Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word). Night Shift B: 12-hrs (Thu-Sat) & (Wed-Sat);. They will start off training on day shift for a set amount of time, probably a month or so, then transition to this shift. In the future they will have the opportunity to change shifts but that will be down the road as new roles open up to allow for internal movement. Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
