Job Description The Associate Director of Quality Stands, Training, & Improvements, is responsible for leading strategic training initiatives and ensuring consistency, alignment, and evolution of training practices across Vertex Pharmaceuticals. This individual acts as a team lead for strategic training partners, supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs that meet regulatory requirements and Vertex's quality standards. In collaboration with the Director and other Associate Directors, the Associate Director serves as an issue escalation point of contact for the training team, helping to troubleshoot challenges, forecast business needs, and prioritize training-related initiatives. This role also involves engaging with leadership and stakeholders to understand, troubleshoot, and manage operational business needs. Additionally, this role requires expertise in GxP process ownership and responsibilities, GxP Quality Assurance experience, and GxP document control processes to ensure compliance and quality across all training programs Key Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Pay Range 148,800.00 - 223,200.00 USD annually The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
