POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Specialist in Transportation E2E Execution to manage end-to-end execution processes across multiple networks and businesses. The ideal candidate will support network supply chain flow calls and serve as the Transportation expert within the organization. This role requires strong collaboration skills, a deep understanding of transportation processes from end-to-end, and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end transportation execution processes across various networks and businesses.
• Support network supply chain flow calls, providing expert insights and solutions.
• Serve as the Transportation expert, ensuring seamless integration and execution of transportation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address the impact of transportation processes on other functions.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt best practices and drive continuous improvement in transportation processes.
• Utilize SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation efficiency and effectiveness.

EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation management, supply chain, or a related area.
• Expertise in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) and BI reporting tools.

SKILLS:

• Strong understanding of end-to-end transportation processes and their impact on other business functions.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The approximate pay range for this position is $74,250 to $101,500 Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
