The Associate Director of Career and Talent Development at FIU's College of Engineering and Computing (CEC) provides strategic and innovative leadership and operational management for career development programs and employer relations. Reporting to the Director of Career Liaisons and Campus Engagement, this role ensures alignment of the College's career programming with FIU and Career and Talent Development (CTD) overarching goals while fostering partnerships that promote career readiness and professional opportunities for engineering and computer science students and alumni.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree and four (4) years of managerial experience in academic advising and/or project management; OR Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of managerial experience in academic advising and/or project management. Desired Qualifications
