The assistant coach position requires the successful candidate to work in-person on the Crookston Campus location. The assistant coach (AC) is expected to work closely with the head coach, Assistant coach and all other stakeholders within our program and the department. They are expected to promote and uphold the behaviors and values that drive our culture and demonstrate a significant capacity for work. They should be committed to student athlete (SA) development on the court, in the classroom and in life. They should be committed to the process of improvement and be a person of character and integrity. They should also demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. This is a 10-month appointment. The following is a general description of AC duties and responsibilities: Coaching and teaching (40%)
