Fulfillment Project Coordinator

HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:00 to 4:00 with 20-minute paid lunch or 7:30 to 4:00 with 30-minute unpaid lunch

As the fulfillment project coordinator, you are responsible for working closely with the fulfillment project team lead and other departments across the company to ensure that the assembly of drop ship and kitting projects are completed efficiently, on time, and of high quality.

Here's what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, and Humility.
  • Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
  • Take ownership of the fulfillment project department and ensure the department goals are met and customer needs are satisfied.
  • Assist the "fulfilment project team lead" in the scheduling of associates from other departments or temporary workers to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner to meet customers in hand dates.
  • Ensure that all projects and drop shipments are completed on time and accurately.
  • You will be the back up to the Team Lead in their absence.
  • Work with the project coordinator- special services to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives of projects.
  • Provide support and work to implement lean manufacturing initiatives within the department for continuous improvement regarding production workflow, scheduling and productivity.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining of reports for project summarization.
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Assist in training of new fulfillment project personnel and coordinate training for team members within the department.
  • Receive, inspect, count, and inventory products.
  • Perform physical counts on inventory as required.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties directed by team lead or fulfillment manager.

Required education/skills/experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Proven past project management experience and skillset.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others (verbally and in writing).
  • Proven effective interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Prior data entry and computer experience desirable.
  • Previous inventory or shipping experience desirable.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
