We're looking for a self-motivated, hands-on team player to join our consulting team. In this role, you'll help customers implement and maximize the value of our Vantagepoint product, guiding them from point of sale through post-go-live support. What You'll Bring:

• Prior experience implementing Deltek Vision, Vantagepoint, or other ERP software solutions is highly preferred.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers and internal teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the creativity to navigate challenges and deliver solutions.

What You Can Expect:
You'll report to the Director of Deltek Professional Services and work closely with our Project Management Office. While travel may be required, it is variable and flexible, with consideration for work-life balance in today's post-COVID environment.

As a Vantagepoint Consultant:

• Support Vantagepoint project delivery, including implementation, configuration, and post-go-live consulting.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution and customer success.
• Assess and recommend best practice workflows or redesigns to optimize customer business processes.
• Provide consulting expertise to sales teams for scoping and quoting services.
• Identify and resolve customer challenges, liaising with project managers and delivery directors when needed.
• Leverage a deep understanding of Vantagepoint to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Stay informed on Vantagepoint updates and new releases to provide cutting-edge solutions.
• Apply your knowledge of industry accounting principles to Deltek's Vantagepoint product line.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Work collaboratively in a cooperative, entrepreneurial team environment.
• Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring to the Team

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in implementation and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint in multi-currency and multi-company environments is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP solution implementation is required.
• Technical and Industry Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, project cost accounting, and project management practices.
  • Familiarity with the architectural and engineering industries is a plus.
• Skills and Expertise:
  • A proven ability to apply knowledge effectively in customer-focused, project-driven environments.
  • A strong foundation in both the functional and technical aspects of ERP solutions.
• Travel Requirements:
  • 40-60%

Compensation Information

The U.S. salary range for this position is $68500.00 - $119750.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
