Job Description
We are currently hiring a Divisional Analyst in Boston, MA. The divisional analyst is the supply chain contact for wholesalers, division directors, and region managers within his/her assigned division. The Divisional Analyst will proactively manage forecasts & inventory levels to support sales and brand initiatives within the division. In conjunction with the Customer Operations Manager, the Divisional Analyst will assist in creating a team that functions in a highly proactive and solutions-oriented manner to drive high levels of customer satisfaction. This individual will support operational process improvement to increase efficiency and enable the team to increase the level of support to customers. *A hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance and be onsite according to their teams' weekly schedules. Level: 7 At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the salary range is between $59,500 and $106,600. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range depends on their related experience, skillset, and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance, and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
